The clock speeds going down bellow 2200mhz is ... What's the ideal point for that? I use it with it's stock cooler on a Gigabyte B550M-H. It's in an old case with two "little" fans (front and back, I think they're 92mm). They will boost up higher and higher until it bumps into the power, thermal, or frequency limits. Your 5700G has a PPT of 88W, a max boost clock of 4.6 (I think?), and a thermal limit of probably 90 or 95C. .
