I have depression, anxiety and ptsd with ruminating thoughts. I am on Wellbutrin and Lexapro, which have helped but the klonopin which was added since the beginning really seems to balance things out especially with overthinking. I have been doing n a lot more than I was able to do in the past few years so I really think this combo is helping.
