Since the 19th of November, our USCIS account has been saying: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS". Uscis sent me a second RFE now, saying that my act was "still unlawful act even though it is not involving moral turpitude, so send us extenuating circumstances to help review your case". I responded the rfe. After my response i waited 90 days only to see the status changing to "case is being actively reviewed by uscis" 2 weeks ago.How to interpret this page.
